The second half of my master's thesis project. titled “This River is Not A Boundary," focused on intervening and further investigating the lower River Rouge in Southern Detroit, Michigan. Continuing the research from Part I, Part II establishes how the industrial ecosystem shapes and affects the River Rouge, and how a future-scale megaproject can begin to remediate the landscape.
